This 4 day retreat is designed to help you kick start the new year with the resources you need to achieve your healthier eating goals. The package includes all components of our basic I’m Ready for Change package plus a four night retreat that will help you discover your own culinary inspirations. The program will cover menu planning, creating a balanced vegetarian diet, as well as shopping, baking and cooking tips. The rest of the time is yours to relax in front of the fire, explore the trails on snowshoes, or get some body work. Package includes overnight accommodation in a shared room and all meals.

ingredients from our organic gardens. Spend part of Saturday learning skills
that will help you discover and explore your own culinary inspirations. The

Louise’s
Bio
After discovering that a wheat intolerance was the cause of her chronic shoulder
pain, Louise decided she wanted to learn more about nutrition and share her
knowledge with others. In 1998, she began her studies at The Institute of
Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner since
July 2000, Louise is qualified to guide you on your quest for wellness.
Since she began her practice, she has worked with many clients wanting to make the transition to a healthier diet. Her clients value her knowledge of nutrition and marvel at her culinary skills, which she imparts with compassion, humour and creativity. She is committed to inspiring clients to improve their health and well-being through nutrition and self-care.
In response to client demand, Louise published her first cookbook
in the fall of 2006. Thirteen Moons: seasonal recipes
to nourish and inspire has become a popular resource for anyone interested
in learning more about vegetarian cooking and a healthy approach to eating.
She is a regular contributor to a number of local, regional and online publications
and has been a popular cooking workshop facilitator at various locations including
for Canada’s largest food distributor.
