
The cost of your stay is based on how long you stay and how many people will be joining you. Call or e-mail for details. Wellness treatments and programs are extra.
Workshops (programs without overnight accommodations) – full payment is due upon registration and is nonrefundable.
Programmed Retreats – For programs where Thirteen Moons handles registrations, a 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to retreat. Bookings made less than 30 days before start date require full payment. Terms may vary for retreats where the facilitator is responsible for registration.
All retreat prices are per person, and based on double occupancy. When rooms are available, single occupancy requests are subject to surcharges.
Making Reservations
Reservations can be made by email or phone with Visa or Mastercard, Interac
email money transfer or with a cheque or money order by mail. All prices are
in Canadian dollars. Space is filled on first to pay basis.
Transportation to and from the retreat is the responsibility of each client. Pickup and drop off from bus or train terminals may be arranged and is subject to additional charges.
Cancellations
For Individual and Small Group Getaways, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival will be eligible for a one year credit in the amount of the deposit. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
For Retreats, if cancelled 30 days or more prior to start date, full deposit is issued as credit valid for one year. Otherwise, deposit is forfeited and the balance will be issued as a credit.
We reserve the right to change prices and itineraries without notice. If the minimum number of registrants is not secured, programmed retreats may be canceled and all payments towards the retreat fee will be reimbursed to the registrant. The registrant is fully responsible for any non refundable or non transferable transportation independently booked and does so at his/her own risk.
